飼料機(jī)械的結(jié)構(gòu)原理：
1.可避免動(dòng)物挑食。配合飼料配方有多種原料，營(yíng)養(yǎng)全面，可防止動(dòng)物從粉料中挑選其愛吃的，拒絕攝入其他成分的現(xiàn)象。

2.飼料報(bào)酬率高。在制粒過程中，由于水分、溫度和壓力的綜合作用，使飼料發(fā)生一些理化反應(yīng)，使淀粉糊化，酶的活性增強(qiáng)，能使被喂飼動(dòng)物更有效地消化飼料，轉(zhuǎn)化為體重的增加。

飼料機(jī)械的正確使用：
1、粉碎機(jī)長(zhǎng)期作業(yè)，應(yīng)固定在水泥基礎(chǔ)上。如果經(jīng)常變動(dòng)工作地點(diǎn)，粉碎機(jī)與電動(dòng)機(jī)要安裝在用角鐵制作的機(jī)座上，如果粉碎機(jī)柴油作動(dòng)力，應(yīng)使兩者功率匹配，即柴油機(jī)功率略大于粉碎機(jī)功率，并使兩者的皮帶輪槽一致，皮帶輪外端面在同一平面上。

4、粉碎機(jī)啟動(dòng)前，先用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子，檢查一下齒爪、錘片及轉(zhuǎn)子運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否靈活可靠，殼內(nèi)有無碰撞現(xiàn)象，轉(zhuǎn)子的旋向是否與機(jī)上箭頭所指方向一致，電機(jī)與粉粹機(jī)潤(rùn)滑是否良好。
